The 2nd floor's master bedroom is king size with a queen bed and private door to the 2nd floor porch facing the ocean. The front 2nd floor bedroom is also king size with a queen bed and has ocean and lake views.There are also two more good size bedrooms with full size beds, and a large sparkling tile, full bath with soaking tub and large walk in shower. The outdoor space offers two wrap around porches with plenty of seating and patio table and chairs, a back deck with barbeque, large yard and long driveway for up to 5 cars. Guest access Once settled, you won't need to move your car- everything is steps away, the beach, the boardwalk, the lake with running and walking paths and fishing, playground, and even to Main Street (less than a 10 min walk) and its vibrant downtown with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Other things to note 7 night rental minimum. 10% discount if rented for 14 nights. Pets ok. No smoking, or e bikes on the property. Only those named in the rental are to sleep on the premises.Rental is restricted to guests 25+ years old and their children. Surrounding homes are full time residents. Please be respectful and abide by quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am.
