It's divided into three parts: a tv viewing section, a dining area, and a sitting lounge perfect for games and socializing over coffee or drinks. There is a well-equipped kitchen with coffee station and bar seating as well as a small library that can be used as a work area. There are three bedrooms: 1) First floor master with king bed, walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with spa shower 2) First floor room with two twin beds and a dedicated desk that can be used as a work area 3) A second floor loft with queen bed, private balcony, en-suite full bathroom and a dedicated work station. There is a large outside patio perfect for enjoying the beautiful cape weather, and there is a BBQ provided on a small patio by the kitchen. For boat owners, guests of the property can use a private neighborhood ramp to launch their boats.
