The space The spacious living room blends with the open kitchen, both facing the pool and deck area with fantastic ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, diswasher, stove, fridge, blender, toaster, coffee maker and water filter. Everything you need to cook any kind of meal. The living room offers a cozy and stylish L shape sofa, a handmade teak lounge chair and a 2 meter corner sofa under the stairway. Ideal to read a book or just enjoy the ocean view. The outdoor area with a bar, a grill and big roof covered dining table for 8 people is spacious and hugs the 45sqm pool. It counts with comfortable teak sunbeds and lounge chairs to relax at the pool. The 4 spacious rooms overlook the pool area and face the ocean. All rooms have ocean view. 3 rooms have a teak kingsize bed. 1 room with 2 individual teak beds, 90cm each. Each of the rooms has a closet and a safe to store valuables. The property is fenced around the parking area and a night guard every night. When bringing pets, they will need to be well trained or on a leash to avoid escapes on the pool side.
