The beach in front of the cottage is gravelly but changes after every storm. There is also a second beach entrance at the end of the street. Outdoor hot/cold shower Lots of parking, lots of grassy outdoor areas, a playground and two kayaks NOTE: 2024 there is very little beach. Approx. 60 stairs to the beach. The water can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Even if it's stoney…it's fun to go stone collecting – Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
