THINGS TO NOTE: - Stairs are required for accessing the private entrance. - Golf cart can be added for an additional fee of $100/night - Washer and dryer in home. - A small driveway next to 301 is available on a first come first serve basis for 1 vehicle. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on the premises but parking is NOT allowed in front of the garage or IN the garage. Spaces are available next to the pool. Fines will be issued if vehicles are parked in front of the garage. - This home is equipped with two (2) security cameras. The first camera is located at the front door, actively monitoring the home’s entrance. The second is located on the garage, actively monitoring the driveway and golf cart.
