Upscale Lakeshore strives to maintain the pools in working condition for the enjoyment of our guests. Despite our best efforts, circumstances beyond our control, such as heater malfunctions, excessive debris from surrounding trees (a skimmer is provided onsite to assist with the nature debris), cloudy water, poor weather conditions, etc., may occur. Please note that compensation will not be provided in such instances.
