Our vintage-styled retreat features a fully equipped mini kitchen, an open-concept living room, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the small front patio or gather in the fenced backyard with a BBQ pit and seating for evening fun. The space While the space is limited, it is designed to maximize comfort and functionality. You’ll find a range of amenities that make staying here both practical and enjoyable. From a fully equipped kitchen to cozy sleeping arrangements, every square foot is utilized effectively. The compact design fosters a unique lifestyle that emphasizes simplicity and efficiency. We can comfortably accommodate 5 people, though the preferred arrangement is 4 adults and/or 2 adults with 2 or 3 kids. This setup will ensure everyone has enough space and can enjoy their stay. Where you’ll stay: Room 1 & 2-Queen size bed with clothes storage space, Roku TV, included is a usb charging port in each night stand for your charging needs! Shared-1 Full bathroom with shower 🍄Also playpen and child portable cot/bed available upon request! Kitchen- Fully equipped features a Mini size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, keurig machine, milk shake maker, toaster, mini conventional oven & blender! Pots, pans, dishes, cups, & silverware. Also some spices, cooking oil, and condiments for your cooking needs! The kitchen island is foldable to provide extra space when not in use! Living Room- includes small pull out couch converts to sleeper bed with 2 chairs & Roku Tv. Also includes usb charging port table to charge phone or other electronics! Also have an air mattress! 📺 Our Roku TVs include Netflix, Disney & Amazon Prime Has a Three Zone Mini Split HVAC system offers efficient and customizable temperature control in three different zones (living room and one in each bedroom). OUTSIDE: 3-in-1 designed outdoor wood burning fire pit for heating, barbecuing, or use as a bonfire pit with utensils & charcoal! Table with chairs! Outdoor games Amenities include Free Parking, WiFi, Self check-in anytime after 3pm! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks and sodas free of charge. 🥤 We have also added compact washer and dryer in the attached outdoor closet. Guest access Dedicated Parking in carport. Other things to note This cottage is on a shared lot with another home (San Angelo Haven), has fence for privacy of guests! You may see neighboring guests, but each home has its own private entrance & parking! Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not enter their restricted area.
