In 2023, we purchased the property from family and fully rebuilt and refinished it with all new interior and exterior finishing. It features 3 bedrooms - 1 queen bedroom on the first floor just off the bathroom and laundry area, and two large bedrooms upstairs both with king beds and one with a twin trundle bed, to host a family of 4. It also features fully new bathroom with a deep soaking tub with a washer/dryer off the bathroom. The property is located 10 feet from the waters edge and features a large deck with outdoor dining and grill, and a small deck off of the second story bedroom as well. There is a shed with water toys and more, a playground, a fire pit, a large picnic table, kayaks and canoe, a giant blue chair perfect for photos, a cedar dock with bumpers and a mooring for an up to 20+ ft boat, and more! There is parking on-site for 6-8 vehicles. The property features an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with dining seating for 11, flat screen smart tvs in the living room and all bedrooms, fast WiFi, heat pumps with AC in every room, and everything you will need -from books to games to beach towels - for a relaxing and fun stay! We will have everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay - from the high quality sheets and bedding to toiletries, laundry detergent and more. Guest access the entire house, except for an owner's cabinet is available for guest use.
