The entire lake house is yours to enjoy and is fully furnished, just bring your clothes! The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and almost everything you need. The laundry room is just adjacent to the kitchen with washer and dryer. The breakfast/dining room seats four with four additional seats available at the bar. The living room area has enough seating for six with a couch, loveseat, and chair. The living room also has a Roku TV. If your favorite channel or local channel is not listed, you can access your personal account subscription via the high speed fiber internet. From the living room, you will walk into the master bedroom that features a queen size bed, Roku TV, and a large walk in closet. In the master bedroom, you will notice a large window with a beautiful view of the lake. The master bathroom comes with essentials such as washcloths, towels, shampoo, soap, and conditioner. On the opposite side of the house you will find the second bedroom equipped with a queen bed, closet, and a great view of the lake. Just down the hall, you will find the 2nd bathroom and the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds. Walking out the back door, you will find the screened in porch spanning the entire length of the cottage. Out here you will find seating to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite evening drink while also enjoying the amazing views of Lake Guntersville. There is plenty of seating for all guests. You will also find cornhole boards and checkers. Stepping down from the screened in porch, you will find the outdoor rock fireplace. There is also a charcoal grill available with grilling utensils available in the kitchen. Under the screened in back porch you will find two tandem kayaks and an outdoor storage box with life jackets. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks at their own risk. If used, please return the kayaks to the rack and place the life jackets in the storage box once you are finished. Parking at the cottage is easy with plenty of space for multiple vehicles and/or your boat.
