The patio is furnished with ample seating for 15 people, allowing guests to gather and socialize comfortably. Additionally, outdoor dining for 4 provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. For those looking for some outdoor fun, corn hole is available for friendly competitions. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill and a mini fridge, making it convenient for outdoor cooking and entertainment. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the space, while a big-screen TV ensures that guests don't miss out on their favorite shows or sports events. The private hot tub offers a relaxing soak, while the firepit with seating for 6 is ideal for cozy evenings. Lastly, a large outdoor playset with swings and a hammock provides entertainment for children and adults alike, completing the outdoor experience. **Firewood Provided** **PET FRIENDLY** - 2 dogs under 50lbs each - $125 per pet General – Two Full-size washer and dryers available (one downstairs and one upstairs). An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 20, with no exceptions. ***Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo. Don’t forget these items when you come to visit: • Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year). • We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must. • Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams. • Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies. • Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning. • Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
