In addition, it features an exercise room, full kitchen, living room, and patio. The dock and backyard will be all yours during your rental! Guests have access to 1 Swifty 9 foot kid or adult kayak, 1 Jackson sit on top adult kayak, an adult paddleboard, 1 large lilypad float, and 1 kid's kayak (150 Ib rated). There is also a boat launch nearby and a dock for guests to use. There are several inflatables for kids to use on the water as well. Boat captaining is available for an additional cost, for tours of big & little Lake Wissota, pub crawls, or tubing. The lower level has its own separate entrance. To provide additional privacy, the owner will typically not occupy the upper level of the home during times when guests are staying. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire lower level of the home during their stay. Guests will utilize a private entrance (the door on the right hand side of the home, nearest the garage) and will descend steps to their rental. Other things to note Two friendly sister cats, Fifi and Lizzy, live in the upstairs level of the home. Although renters will likely not have interactions with the pets, those with severe allergies should take this into consideration. Guests pets considered on a case by case basis - send us a message! This home is located on Little Lake Wissota. If you are planning on bringing a boat, you will be able to easily access Little Lake Wissota and it's bars/restaurants. However, if you would like to pass into Big Lake Wissota for further adventures, there is a bridge (Cty Hwy X bridge) that your boat will need to pass under that has a low clearance. Many pontoons are too tall to pass under this bridge, although most other boats are able to fit under the bridge. There are boat landings on both the "little" and "big" sides of the the lake.
