Enter the park like setting of Center Hill Shores neighborhood and enjoy feeling as if you have escaped to a mountain getaway. Center Hill Lake and the surrounding area of the Upper Cumberland offers all types of of recreation: Hiking, Waterfalls, Kayaking, Marinas, Breweries, Distilleries, and Vineyards all located within an hour drive of the home. Also spend an afternoon exploring the wonderful small towns that surround this area and all they have to offer. The Indoor Space Recently renovated A frame with gorgeous views from the front windows and spacious deck. It has all the modern amenities you need. The kitchen is well stocked with everything to make cooking in easy. The den area offers high ceilings, beautiful views from the wall of windows, comfy seating, a nook for reading, and you can enjoy the ambience of the stone electric fireplace year round (with or without heat). You have everything you need to WFH with a desk in the den and high speed internet. There are two bedrooms with queen beds as well as a king bed in the master. Large Smart TV’s are in all the bedrooms and den with Youtube TV provided. The master bedroom has a coffee bar with a Keurig so you can wake and make a cup of coffee to enjoy right outside your door and take in the peaceful view. The Outdoor Space The deck area is a great place to relax with a seating area and a gas fire pit. Outside the kitchen there is a gas grill with a table for six and a convenient pass through from the kitchen window. Head out to the fire pit and make some s’mores and cuddle up with a fleece thrown on a chilly night (basket with s’more tools and fleece throws provided). The sunsets are absolutely phenomenal with the westward facing view from the deck or the fire pit. Things to Note *Don’t let the short, steep driveway scare you, because once you get to the top there is ample parking for two cars. Once you get to the top and CHILL you won’t even think about it. You may also park in front of the home if needed. *The neighborhood has a park area with picnic pavilions, grills and a very nice playground. There is also a trail right down the road to the lake. Guest access You will get a keyless entry code after you fill out your boarding pass. Other things to note We require a security deposit which can be one of two options: Security Deposit - Pay a $300 deposit that is REFUNDABLE if the property was not damaged in any way. Please note that the refund may take up to 7 days depending on your credit card company. Damage Waiver - Pay a $100 one-time NON-REFUNDABLE fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
