THINGS TO KNOW This home does not provide cable. Lewis Pond has an outlet to the ocean, so the current can get strong. You also cannot use the association dock during low tide as the water does not reach, so check the tide schedule. Overnight docking is prohibited. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
