However, we are happy to set up a twin-size bed with memory-foam very comfortable mattress in the family room on the 1st floor if needed. We have a half-bath on the 1st floor as well *** Guest access Guest have access to the entire house, the shared pool and park. Note: pool will be open after Memorial Day Weekend. Other things to note Welcome to our cozy retreat! We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable for everyone, so please make sure you read and comply with these HOUSE RULES: • No smoking on premises • No shoes indoor. There is a $30 fee per shoe stain left in the home. • No house parties or events of any size. Excessive noise levels will be monitored • No additional guests outside of the confirmed guest count at booking unless approved by the hosts. Guest count will be tracked using onsite security cameras. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with no refund • Substances: No illegal items allowed on premises • Quiet Hours: Between 10pm and 8am - please respect our neighbors • Dishes: Please wash all used dishes and kitchen supplies • Pets: No pets allowed unless previously agreed to at booking • Do not flush ANYTHING that’s not toilet paper. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs. • If raining: Close all doors & windows; move outdoor furniture & cushions under the roof • Penalties for the following. Claim will be filed with Airbnb and charge to your card. - Stolen towels: $20 per towel, no matter the size - Smoking in the home: $500 - Lost pool key: $50 to rekey - Late checkout past 11am without our consent: $75 - Non-approved additional guests: $100 per guest per night - Excessive cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere: $150 - Damage in the home or stolen items: you will be charged up to $500 Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your stay!
