This cabin offers a wide range of amenities that will keep you entertained throughout your stay. The space Inside, the living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two recliners, an accent chair, coffee and side tables, a gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV. There is also a half bath conveniently located off the living room. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. The kitchen features all the necessary appliances and utensils, and there is seating for six at the dining table. Additionally, the kitchen island provides seating for three, perfect for casual meals or socializing while cooking. The cabin boasts two master bedrooms, both located downstairs for added convenience. Each master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious king-size bed, nightstands and lamps on both sides, a closet with hangers, a dresser, and a big-screen TV. The first master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower, while the second master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a shower/tub combo. All linens, paper goods, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your comfort. The bunk room/loft area is a perfect space for kids or additional guests. It features three twin-size bunks, a couch and loveseat, a pre-loaded arcade table, a foosball table, a shuffleboard, a big-screen TV, and a closet full of games. This area provides endless entertainment options for everyone. The outdoor living area is equally impressive, with various amenities to enjoy. There is outdoor dining for eight, an additional round-top table for two, a gas grill and fireplace, a big screen TV, ladder ball, washer toss, corn hole boards, a playset for the kids, a firepit with seating for seven, and a private hot tub. Additionally, a deer feeder is placed in the backyard, allowing guests to witness the beauty of nature. The spacious driveway also provides ample parking space for a boat or ATV. General Information – A full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. A pack-and-play and booster seat are available as well. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). For any cancellation processed in which a refund is due to the guest, there will be a $50 processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 7 with NO EXCEPTIONS. ***Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin’s entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty as you are in a rural area. Guest access Entire Cabin Other things to note It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo. Don’t forget these items when you come to visit: • Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year). • We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must. • Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams. • Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies. • Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning. • Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
