Come stay at the beautiful Island Romp! As you come over the bridge to experience island life, you are now on Island time. Just a 2-minute walk to the old fishing village of Matlacha and you will find restaurants, bars and many artisan shops to explore. There is plenty of parking on site with private water access. Just a short drive away is St. James Island, Bokeelia and Pine Island **Please note the home is on the main road connecting the mainland to the Island and there may traffic/noise. The space This is a tiny home, built in 2024 with all new appliances and furniture. A barbeque grill is located on the property as well as two bicycles for your enjoyment. Bring your watercraft and dock it directly outside the property on the canal, for your entire stay with no additional fees. Enjoy the outdoor seating as you enjoy the view of the waterway. If you plan on fishing, please be sure to obtain a license. You can fish right from the backyard, or you can fish from the bridge, which is within walking distance and is frequented by local fisherman. If you use the barbecue grill, please be sure to turn OFF the propane after each use.
