In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $15/night for 1 dog and $10/night for each additional dog will be assessed. The pet fee is due upon booking confirmation. We will send the request separately. Guest access STAIRS: There are 2 stairs leading to the front door. This is a 3 level property. Must use stairs to access 3 of the bedrooms as well. PARKING: The attached garage has 2 parking spaces and a clearance of 7.5 feet in height. There is a shared driveway leading to the property so NO PARKING in the driveway. The HOA tickets ($60) and the neighbors love to tattle. There is additional parking if your vehicle is too large to fit in the garage or if you need more than 2 parking spots. In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee. The pet fee is $15/night for 1 dog and $10/night for each additional dog. Payment is requested right after booking through a separate message. The backyard is fenced in but small dogs may be able to squeeze under the fence. We provide food dishes, treats, poop bags, and doggie beds. Please crate your pet if you must leave them alone to avoid damages to the house! FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents. If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!
