The space This charming yellow home is located within walking distance of a semi-private Beach in Bimini Bay and walking distance from the Casino, Hilton Hotel, restaurants, Mega Yacht Marina and Pool. The house itself is light, comfortable, and cozy with a family-friendly ambiance. The back porch provides a relaxing atmosphere with a front-row seat to sunsets from your own balcony. Our house is part of the upper residential area. Everyone in your party needs to be present to register and an ID must be provided. The Following are the rules established by the HOA: WRISTBAND POLICY: Owners or guests that wish to enter the upper residential area are required by the HOA Board of Directors to have a wristband (distributed by the HOA office). Security has been instructed to not allow access to the residential area without either. There are four different types of wristbands. ALL DAMAGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSIT PROMPTLY!* It is important to understand that Bimini is a small island and on occasion, there may be water and electrical outages, especially when the resort is at maximum capacity. These outages, if they occur, usually last only a few hours. The house has emergency flashlights plugged into the outlets for your use of this should occur. In addition, there are some Brita pitchers available which you can fill upon arrival and have handy for personal hygiene should an outage occur.
