The space Mountain Vista Retreat was thoughtfully designed to capture the stunning natural setting. Through the windows and from the porch and the hot tub, guests will revel in the beauty of the surrounding mountains. This retreat has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The property is a short walk to Attitash, where the newly installed high-speed Mountaineer chairlift promises an exhilarating skiing experience. If you’re here in another season, the area is full of great shops and miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails, allowing you and your group to connect with nature during your stay any way you choose. The dining area leads to a spacious deck showcasing panoramic views. Adjacent is the updated kitchen and a convenient half bath. You can store your gear in the entryway mudroom. SECOND FLOOR The entire second level is dedicated to the private primary suite, which offers privacy and stunning views. This suite includes a full bath with stand-up shower, laundry room, and office desk. LOWER LEVEL The walkout lower level includes a family room/game room, full bath, and two additional bedrooms. Sliders from the 2nd bedroom with queen bed lead to a covered deck with wood ceiling and a hot tub perfectly positioned to enjoy the incredible views. This 3rd bedroom includes a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. We provide: - Bedding: Bed Linens, bath towels, and hot tub/pool towels - Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and cotton swabs in each bathroom - Kitchen supplies: pots & pans, dinnerware, bakeware, plasticware for children, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker (K-cup), glassware, food storage containers, wine glasses, and more! - Paper goods: paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, and trash bags - Coffee/Tea: A few starter supplies for coffee and tea. PARKING Parking is available for 2-3 cars. One space is dedicated to this unit and the other spaces are open parking spaces in front of our building. Guest access Guests have access to this entire townhouse. Other things to note AIR CONDITIONING A portable air conditioner is available on the 2nd floor floor in the master bedroom and on the 1st floor (living/dining/kitchen). The lower level (with family room and 2 bedrooms) does not currently have AC's but is typically cooler than the rest of the home. Floor fans are provided in the lower level. RULES - No pets - No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property - No parties or unapproved guests (even if guests are not staying the night) - No loud or obscene music that interferes with nearby homes - Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - Maximum occupancy: 8 people including adults and children Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund for any unused nights. Additionally, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.
