The space This luxurious vacation rental boasts a beautifully furnished living room complete with a comfortable sleeper sofa, two additional love seats, a cozy gas fireplace, a big screen TV, a stylish blanket ladder, and soft throw blankets for those chilly evenings. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with an island seating for three, a dining table that seats six, and convenient access to a crockpot, blender, Keurig Duo coffee maker, as well as all your basic cooking needs such as pots, pans, salt, pepper, and cooking utensils. The first master bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a suitcase stand, a lounge chair, a big-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower for added comfort and convenience. The second master bedroom offers another king-size bed, a closet, a big-screen TV, direct access to the patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk-in shower, providing a private retreat for guests. The bunk nook is perfect for accommodating additional guests with triple-stacked twin bunk beds, ideal for families or groups traveling together. The full bathroom in the rental features a single vanity and a large walk-in shower, ensuring that all guests have access to modern amenities and comfort during their stay. Outdoor living is made easy with a furnished patio, a gas fireplace, a big screen TV, a gas grill for outdoor cooking, a private hot tub for relaxation, and a fire pit with seating for six, creating the perfect setting for enjoying the beautiful surroundings and making lasting memories with loved ones. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo. Don’t forget these items when you come to visit: • Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year). • We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must. • Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams. • Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies. • Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning. • Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided.
