All units have a similar layout, floor plan and similar or same amenities, but may have different views and slight differences with decor, depending on our availability and the unit which you will be assigned. Other variations may involve some or all of the following differences: flooring material, whether you are on the 1st or second floor, window placement and various other designs within the unit. **We will do our best to accommodate requests, such as second floor, first floor, however, we cannot promise the availability. If the stairway is not an option for you at this time and you must have a ground floor unit, please do let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate. We are able to accommodate a maximum of two adult guests. 3 or 4 guests will only be considered if young children sleep on our sleeper sofa bed / or our Pack n Play Travel Crib. Guest access You will be assigned your private unit. Walkways, communal areas / benches and pool area is shared communal space with other guests and residents. Other things to note No amplified music or loud noise is allowed that would disturb other guests.
