Parking: Garage and paid street parking are available. Please check the appropriate signage for rates, length of stay, and time restrictions. Note that there is NO guarantee of free parking with your reservation. Accessibility: This unit is located on the second floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Guest access Upon arrival, guests can conveniently check in and access the apartment via a dedicated lockbox. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so feel free to relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note House Rules No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as decks, entryways or patios. Guests found smoking will incur a $250 fine plus damages and will face automatic cancellation of their reservation, along with reporting to Airbnb. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties are not allowed on the premises. Any unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine, automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb. Please note that this is an apartment within a building that has other tenants so please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
