This newly built custom home will be rented for the first time this 2024 season! It is incredibly peaceful while still being very convenient. Just steps away from one of the most fun restaurants with a Tiki outdoor bar, fire pits and amazing food! Also down the street from the best little sandwhich/pizza/convenient store on the west side of the lake! The Long Beach neighborhood is one of the most convenient stays on Sebago Lake, and the home is just a 3 minute walk to our sandy beach! The space This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with a private office/working space which would also be a great space to set up a pack’n’play Bedroom 2 has a full bed, a single bed, and a pull out trundle single bed Bedroom 3 is set up like an in-law suite with its own separate entrance (if you want), a kitchenette, its own private bathroom, queen sized bed and a pullout sofa bed. There is ample space for 1 or 2 blow up mattresses in this room also. There is a full bathroom upstairs for the other two bedrooms, a washer and dryer on the second floor and a half bath on the first level. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home except the garage space. Other things to note We please ask that you try and remove as much sand as possible before laundering any towels or clothing. Starting a load of towels before leaving is greatly appreciated. Please load and start dishwasher before leaving. If the grill is used please make sure to turn off the propane by twisting the knob on the tank itself, and giving the interior grill grates a good scrub with supplied cleaning sponge. The water is safe to consume, however we do recommend bottled water for taste when drinking. We do always cook with the tap water. We try to supply everything you might need other than clothing, toiletries, and groceries! We have beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon to bring everything with ease, some sand toys, etc. We supply a full sized air mattress for guest use also. There will be a mooring available for anyone with a boat, and for those who would like to rent a boat or jet ski right at the base of our street is Long Beach Marina and they typically have rentals, but you need to call them and plan ahead! Not pictured yet is a swingset for the littles, we also supply a pack n play, booster seat w/ tray, stroller, and some toys.
