The space Casa La Costa – A Place for Relaxation, Inspiration, and Togetherness Casa La Costa is a spacious, detached holiday home with stunning sea views, located in the peaceful northwest of Lanzarote – far from the bustling tourist areas. This unique property is the perfect setting for all kinds of groups: families, friends, retreats, workshops, seminars, creative escapes, or yoga events. The house accommodates up to 15 people in 6 comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace (including a sofa bed), a reception room with a fireplace, and a bar area. Various balconies and terraces provide stunning views of the sea and the surrounding nature, offering spaces to gather or retreat. For additional space, you can book the separate "Arriba" apartment (for up to 4 people) and/or the "Abajo" apartment (for up to 5 people). Both have their own entrances but are located on the same property as the main house. Together, Casa La Costa and the apartments can accommodate up to 24 people – ideal for large groups. The expansive outdoor area features a heated saltwater pool, beautifully landscaped fruit gardens, a yoga area, numerous cozy seating spots under the shade of trees, various terraces, and inviting chill-out and BBQ areas on multiple levels. The separate apartments "Arriba" and "Abajo" (each with its own entrance) are located on the same property and can be booked additionally if more space is needed. The large pool area is shared by the guests of the main house and the apartments. Other outdoor areas, such as the upper garden, the yoga spaces, the courtyard with BBQ, and other private zones, are reserved exclusively for guests of the main house. The shared pool area is accessible to all guests from the outside. A lockable door between the pool area and the courtyard ensures that apartment guests cannot access the private outdoor areas of the main house. Other things to note Please note that toilet paper must never be disposed of in the toilet. Instead, use the bins provided. Parties and loud events are not permitted.
