The space KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM Welcome to the heart of Olivewood Cabin, where modern amenities meet rustic charm in our newly renovated Kitchen/Living Room. We provide all the amenities and appliances you need to cook a fantastic meal, whether you're a seasoned chef or just enjoy the art of cooking. For coffee enthusiasts, start your day right with a selection of brewing options – from a classic coffee machine to a French press to a convenient Keurig. We've also curated a delightful tea selection for those seeking a cozy alternative. Gather your loved ones around the large Restoration Hardware dining table for a family feast or a memorable game night. Our living space is designed for comfort and entertainment, boasting a 65-inch Samsung Frame Smart TV for movie nights and an additional touch of character to the room. Stay comfortable year-round with the mini-split AC/Heat unit, and let the gentle breeze from the ceiling fan lull you into relaxation. Convenient bedside plugs ensure your electronics and phones are powered and ready to go. BEDROOM 2 (Queen Bed) For those seeking a workspace, the Queen Bedroom is equipped with a desk and chair, allowing you to get work done while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Sink into the Queen Memory Foam mattress for a restful night, and control your room's temperature with the mini-split AC/Heat unit. BEDROOM 3 (1 set of twin bunk beds + 1 full sofabed) The Bunk Bed Room is a haven for kids, featuring Restoration Hardware bunk beds and a full sofa bed. This room will comfortably sleep 4 people. The mini-split AC/Heat unit keeps the room cozy, and a Pack and Play is included for infants. Whether it's playtime or bedtime, this room is perfect for the little ones. BATHROOM Indulge in a touch of luxury in the Full Bathroom adorned with gold accents. Take your pick between a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath in the tub. POWDER ROOM (1/2 Bath) The powder room also contains a laundry center, as well as a beautiful nature wallpaper to make you feel like you aren’t in a bathroom! Guest access Entire home with the exception of the outdoor shed Other things to note TOWAMENSING TRAILS RULES AND AMENITIES: A maximum of 8 renter guest passes are included for use of all community amenities (the beach, pool, lake, clubhouse playground, volleyball, basketball & tennis courts). Children under 5 do not require passes. There are no other exceptions and additional passes cannot be purchased. AGE: We rent to guests 28 and older. Guests under 28 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Before accepting a booking request, we will ask you provide full names and age of all guests. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have 2 external security cameras on the property. The first is located above the front door, aimed towards the driveway. The second camera is located on the garage, aimed towards the driveway/entrance of the garage FIREPITS & FIREWORKS PROHIBITED: Firepits and fireworks are NOT permitted per HOA regulations (they don't mess around): This is pasted directly from the Towamensing Trails Rules of Conduct - "Users of both fireworks and open fires will be subject to a fine of $500.00 + costs and possible State prosecution." QUIET HOURS: Towamensing Trails Quiet Hours are from 11pm - 8am. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
