Guest access You will have full private access to the entire house and you will access the house via smart lock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to your arrival via text and email. Other things to note Important Information Renters must be over 21 years of age. Wire transfers are not permitted. STRICT NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERING POLICY We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. Any and all noise must be kept to a minimum each night beginning at 10:00 PM. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the space, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500 and evicted from the property immediately.
