Stay away from them. Mama bear and her cubs are rarely seen but they do wonder around occasionally. Be sure to put all garbage into the bin inside the bear-proof cage at all times. If the garbage is left outside, it might attract bears. ⚠️ Please use the hot tub at your own risk, the hosts are not liable for any accidents. For your safety, do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. If you have medical conditions that might put you at risk for using the hot tub, please consult with your doctor. ✔ Once areservation is made, we require the guest to sign a renter agreement and send a copy of your ID. ⚠️ No unauthorized fires (including candles). No smoking inside the cabin. Be respectful to our neighbors. No loud parties. ✔ No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond the host's control. It is HIGHLY recommended to purchase your own travel insurance. ✔ We do not send our cleaning crew to the property during your stay.
