The space You will get a great night sleep in our queen-sized bed in the main floor bedroom or a unique upper floor bedroom with a sofa-bed that converts into a 2-person bed. Each room features a private 3-piece bathroom, ensuring privacy. There is a T.V. in the upper floor bedroom. Enjoy modern comforts with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen on the lower floor. The entire home is 100% powered by solar energy so there is zero electricity bill. The lower floor also has a sofa-bed seating area to relax. A rooftop terrace awaits, providing stunning sunset views over the ocean. Guest access You will have access to the entire house which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and rooftop terrace with hammock. Other things to note Community Facilities: As our guest, you have access to 4 miles of private beach and 2 swimming pools which are near the main reception area. The Eva community is 85% completed, however, there are some areas and homes still under construction. Other amenities: Surfing (additional cost for board rental and/or lessons). Surf lessons can be arranged through co-host. Enjoy the use of the tennis court, soccer field, disk golf (additional cost for disk rental), 9-hole golf course (additional cost for clubs and cart rental), horseback riding (additional cost), yoga classes (additional cost) and an onsite award-winning restaurant. Electric golf carts are available for rent (arranged through the resort reception) and are recommended if you do not have your own vehicle. On-site Farmers Market: We have a farmers' market that happens on Friday mornings around 10:30-11:00 am. A local Organic Farmer (Yocate Farms) comes to the community and sells a variety of fresh vegetables and locally produced items. Typically, orders are placed before Thursday to ensure availability for Friday pickup. Market is located at the beach palapa near front reception area. Groceries/food/shopping: We have an onsite restaurant and bar (Sea Salt) that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just 1 minute outside the gates is Abierto Hoy, a locally owned general store, that has a variety of groceries such as fruits, vegetables, spices, sauces, bread, pasta, snack, drinks (non-alcohol & alcoholic) and other items. Alice's bar/restaurant is located next to the general store and serves lunch and dinner. There are no larger grocery stores near Gran Pacifica. House Maintenance: VERY IMPORTANT: Please use the outside hose to rinse off sand prior to using the showers to avoid clogging our drains with sand. Washing machine: **Available ONLY for long term guests staying 7 days or longer. Utilities (water/gas): Guests staying longer than 30 days will be responsible for paying for water bill. The average water bill is around $15/month for basic usage. Resort Fees: Gran Pacifica charges a resort fee to all guests renting inside the community. This resort fee is to be paid at the Front Gate upon entry. The charges are $17US+VAT ($19.55US) per night up to 7 days. After the 7 days no additional fees are charged.
