Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key. • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with additional parking in the overflow lot by the clubhouse as needed. • Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 6 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate. • This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is mounted over and actively monitoring the driveway.
