The house is located in a: great, quiet family orientated neighborhood. It’s on a large private city lot that sits 200 feet off the street. It was built in 2005 with a modern contemporary style design. All furnitures are modern and less than 3 years old so, everything looks and smells clean and fresh. FYI, great shopping, casino, concert venues, restaurants, bars, hospitals, Husson University and the University of Maine Orono are all less than 10 to 20 minutes away from this neighborhood. The space This listing offers a cute and comfortable, private bedroom with a large private bathroom that has a tub and shower. All furnitures in the room are modern, clean and less than 4 years old. Inside the room there is a queen size bed, a dresser, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, air conditioner, a ceiling fan, iron and ironing board and cute decors etc. Guest access Guest are allowed to use the shared kitchen, dining room and back deck. During your stay I like to give my guest space so they feel comfortable. However, I will say hello and start a short conversation if I cross paths with you during your stay.
