LOCATION Located in a quiet, wooded area, our cabin offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods, with the added bonus of being less than 10 minutes from Saddleback Ski Resort - Maine's Favorite mountain and just a couple minutes from downtown Rangeley where you'll find shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Bonus - IGA is down the street to grab last minute essentials. THE SPACE Our cabin combines rustic charm with modern comforts, creating an inviting atmosphere where you can relax and unwind. The interior features cozy furnishings and thoughtful decor, designed to make you feel right at home. The cabin is ideal for four people but can accommodate up to 6. Living Area: The open-plan living area is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, games, and a gas burning view stove to keep you toasty on cooler nights. Kitchen: The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including modern appliances and cookware. Bedrooms: The cabin has two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds and soft linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. One bedroom features a queen bedroom and the second bedroom features two twin bunk beds. Bathroom: The updated bathroom features a shower (no tub), towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. OUTDOOR SPACE: Step outside and immerse yourself in nature. The wooded 1.2-acre property offers plenty of space for privacy, relaxation, and to enjoy the great outdoors. Deck and Patio: Relax on the deck and patio, equipped with outdoor seating and a grill for BBQs. It's an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. Fire Pit: Gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories under the stars. Private Lake Access: Just a couple minutes drive from the cabin, you'll find private, shared access to Rangeley Lake with easy access to launch a kayak, paddleboard, or other small hand carry type watercraft. The access is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding or simply soaking in the tranquil views. Other Things to Note Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available throughout the cabin and is fiber so decent speed for remote work. Parking: Parking for two vehicles is available on the property; however the driveway is steep and 4WD or AWD is highly recommended in the wintertime. No parking is allowed on the public road during the winter. Pets: One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please respect the space and clean up after your dog. Firewood: There is an outdoor firepit. Firewood is available at the local IGA. WEATHER/CANCELLATIONS: Given the unpredictable nature of weather, we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking.
