The yard has a landscaped olive grove, surrounded by an oak forest and a meadow. Given that it is located near the clean and clear sea, you will have the opportunity to dive into the depths of the sea and enjoy sunbathing. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people, and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a modern equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family, and there is also a spacious living room consisting of a corner sofa, coffee table, and TV. In the dining room, there is a dining table with 8 seats. On the ground floor, there is also one bathroom with a shower cabin and a terrace with seating where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee. On the upper floor, you will find another living room and dining room, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 bedrooms. In two rooms there is a double bed (160x200), and in the third, there are 2 single beds (90x200) that can be joined into a double. The outdoor terrace will completely delight you with a pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to it, there are 8 deckchairs for sunbathing, and an outdoor gas, coal, or wood grill. You can try prepared food on the grill at the covered outdoor dining table for 8 people.
