We are back-closed down during Covid. First floor of this house is the garage so the living area is 25 feet up which makes you feel like you are staying in a treehouse! 3 guest suites—wraparound deck with dining table and loungers for relaxing in the tranquil woods with a gorgeous view of the lake. Backyard has a fire pit and cozy seating in a tranquil nature setting. Lake/beach access at Chassell TWP Centennial Park (3 min drive) or take a beautiful walk on path! Great WIFI 4 Roku TV’s The space Full chefs kitchen, laundry, 3 master suites with their own bathrooms. Cozy living room. Amazing views from every room. Excellent internet connection. We have camera monitoring the front door and front yard. Large staircase to enter home. Guest access Lake/ beach/boat launch and playground access is a 3 min drive away or a nice 20 min (approximately) walk to Chassell Centennial Park. Dollar General is approx a mile away. Other things to note NO SMOKING. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please no loud music. Please drive slowly. As a courtesy to our neighbors we are asking that there be no snowmobilers. During months with snowfall, some shoveling required. Excellent internet connection.
