Beautiful mountaintop studio cabina with ocean views straight from balcony. Enjoy a drink & watch the sunset straight from your balcony for a spectacular mountain and ocean view. The cabina is in such a desired location. Walking distance to the bus stop in Platanillo, q short 12 -15 minutes to Dominical beach, and 30 minutes to Perez Zeledon. The climate is perfection. Not as hot as the beach in Dominical, and not as moist and wet as the climate in Tinamastes! It’s the perfect middle. The space The cabina is completely private at the corner of the lot. There is another house that I live in at the top of the hill. The property has 3 dogs, 3 cats and two bunnies. During your stay, please note you may come across one of our friendly animals and may be greeted with a lick or a wag of a tail. Sam and Pam, the wild toucans, visit almost daily, along with flocks of bright green parrots. We have spotted howler monkeys and white face monkeys from The cabina. The picture of the howler monkey was one that lived in front of the cabina for weeks! Other things to note The cabina can sleep 2 people in the Queen size bed: The cabina has been previously rented out long term from a digital nomad couple from Canada. A great working space with a desk awaits you!
