Guest rooms are located on the second and third levels of this home, with the exception of a queen sleeper sofa on the main level. Offering 2 King beds, one with a workspace, 1 Queen bed including a workspace, a set of Twin Bunks and a full bathroom with ample space and a lovely clawfoot tub. On the third level you’ll find two sets of twin bunk beds, a cozy dining nook, the coolest ‘secret kids only room’ and a large TV perfect for gaming. The backyard oasis is fully turfed, choose between the sun loungers or Adirondack chairs around the smokeless fire pit. A backyard dinner party can be achieved around the spacious dining table with the use of our outdoor kitchen. THE NITTY GRITTY: A beautiful enclosed porch greats you as you begin your stay. Furnished with a large cabana striped sofa and a cozy bistro table, perfect for your morning coffee will ensure guests rest and relaxation. Sliding screened windows offer you the chance to take in all the crisp morning breeze without the pests. Lanterns adorn the space creating the perfect ambiance for evening cocktails and conversation. The living room allows guests ample amount of seating, with a large sofa and swivel club chairs perfect for carrying conversations room to room. The Dining room offers up a LARGE table and direct access into the fully equipped kitchen. Outfitted with high end appliances including a subzero refrigerator, gas range, kitchen aid mixer, vitamix , waffle press, microwave, toaster, air fryer and Nespresso coffee bar. Guests are also provided with an extensive amount of indoor/outdoor serve-ware assuring you’ll have everything you need for entertaining. Whether you choose to relax under the umbrella on a sun lounger, interchange campfire tales or partake in an outdoor dinner party, this fully turfed backyard is something to dream about. An outdoor shower designed for beach rinse off and the grilling area add to the amenities.
