The space On the first floor you will have an open living, dining and kitchen area, all newly redone with new countertop, sink, range with modern hood and new tile work. There are period barn beams throughout as well as an original pine floor. There is a second half bath on this floor which is newly redone with a vanity, custom tile floor. Off the open area, there is a shower area with an authentic period barn door and modern stainless steel and barn wood ceiling and detail. The staircase takes you to the top floor which has an iron double bed high pitched ceilings. Outdoors you will be surrounded by beautiful landscaping. We have private off the street parking for our guests. Brand new tennis and pickleball court! Other things to note Please note this is an original old barn from 1864. It is updated but quirky. The door into the shower is a period door and the Koehler fixtures goes with the look, but plan a taking a quick shower as the hot water is limited. Please don’t through anything in the toilet except the tissue paper we have provided. Our area is very safe and abuts a 20 mile plus biking and running trail. Feel free to take your bikes. We are on several acres right in the village in the historic district and you can walk to restaurants and a great ice cream shop.
