Enjoy a nice experience at this well-located home. Come stay with us and our 18 pound friendly & well-behaved dog Lola. You will have access to your own bedroom, full-bath, half-bath and an additional room with sofa-bed, TV and Xbox. You will have shared access to the kitchen, laundry area, and beautiful patio with a charcoal grill, couch, table, and fire-pit. Also, garage parking. We are located 10 minutes from the airport, 7 minutes from downtown and a 15 minute walk to the lakefront. The space We are located in a home that has a salon on the first floor where Thor works. The living area is on the second floor. The bedroom has full-size bed, closet, dresser and night-stand. The bonus room has a full size sofa sleeper, TV, Xbox, and closet. We have a large kitchen you would have complete access to. Both the full bath and half bath have been recently entirely remodeled. The patio has has a sectional couch, grill, as well as a table. We also have a fire-pit. You would also have a parking spot in the garage. Guest access You will have access to a large portion of the home. The bedroom, the bonus room, the kitchen, the 1.5 baths, the laundry area and the back yard with the beautiful patio as well as the garage. During your stay We would most likely be around most of the time. We do like to go out for dinner on weekends so the weekend evenings we would most likely be away for a few hours. Other things to note We have a 18 pound rat terrier that is very friendly and fun to play with, if you desire. She is quiet. She won't bother you if you do not want her to.
