Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the detached boat garage. Guests bringing or renting a boat may leave the boat in the water, along the seawall or in the private boat slip, for the duration of their stay. Other things to note Non-motorized water toys, to include 2 kayaks and a standup paddleboard, are available for guests. We adhere to our policies: - Booking party must be at least 30 years old. - Booking party must be present at check-in with government I.D. for confirmation. - When requesting to book, names and ages of all guests staying must be provided in order to confirm booking. - Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay on property and owners reserve the right to ask them to leave at any time. - Parking restricted to no more than 6 vehicles (combination of cars and boats/PWC), which must be parked in the driveway overnight.
