It boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces (one up, one down and each with a large smart TV), a large dining room with deck access and views to the lake, a screened-in porch, and a walk-out lower level - all on an open and wooded landscape. Bring your kayaks or paddle boards to enjoy time on the lake right out the door! The lakefront also has a firepit with seating - make s'mores and listen to the loons calling while enjoying the tranquility of the Northwoods. The deck has seating and a grill, and the foosball table is located in the garage. BED CONFIGURATION: Main Level - King Bed Main Level - Queen Bed Lower Level - 1 Double Bed, 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds Lower Level - 2 Twins in the common area PETS: This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend, too! LAKES: Dollar Lake is a 107-acre full-recreation lake known for fishing panfish, largemouth bass, and northern pike. It is also home to the Pond Hockey Tournament and the Subaru Winter Driving Experience. This home is near boat launches on the 28 Chain of Lakes, but there are no public boat launches on Dollar Lake. TRAILS: This home is adjacent to 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails. ATV/UTV riders can cover a variety of terrain in the area, from paved roads to dirt routes. Enjoy hiking in the nearby Nicolet National Forest. Check out the "Map It Vilas County Trails App" to navigate all the trail systems for any sport - snowmobiling, ATVing, cross-country skiing, biking, and hiking. AREA: Dollar II is located on Dollar Lake, just a few minutes from Downtown Eagle River, the Eagle River Sports Arena, Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Laser Tag, and Chanticleer Inn. Officially recognized as the Snowmobile Capital of the World, Eagle River is a haven for winter sports enthusiasts with a massive network of off-road trails to explore and recreation facilities galore. Situated in the heart of Wisconsin's 28 Chain of Lakes region, endless ways exist to enjoy time out on the water. Packed with small-town charm, downtown Eagle River offers many shops and restaurants to explore close to home. PLEASE NOTE: Bring your own firewood, water toys, and lake towels. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
