The space The space is open and comfortable with a kitchen, a kitchenette overlooking the horses and another dining room. Has a porch overlooking the horses , as well. There is a spacious master bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and a private bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There is an additional one full bath on the first floor. The upstairs has three bedrooms, two queen, and one full with one bathroom on the second floor. Bring your bikes to ride in the neighborhood, if you’d like. Enjoy the grill on the back patio. During your stay, rest assured, your host family is minutes away, ensuring prompt assistance in case of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. Your peace of mind, and utmost comfort are our top priorities. Our property is located on the head of the East River. It is perfect for bringing your kayaks. Access to the water is through a groomed marsh area. Guest access Guest will have access through keyless lock on inside door , off of back patio. You will receive a four digit code prior to your arrival. To lock the door, simply press the lock button. To unlock, use code. Other things to note House rules: Self check in with keypad No pets Check in after 3 PM and check out by 11 AM. No Smoking. Before you leave gather used towels and washcloths and sheets and place them in laundry room. Throw trash away in large trashcan on back patio Turn everything off, including lights. Lock up. Clean out fridge when you leave and place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it before you leave. You’ll be staying in someone’s house, so please treat it with care and respect.
