The larger bedroom has 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. - The main full bath has dual country style sinks with a bathtub. The outdoors: - an acre of beautiful greenery to enjoy. - Firepit with Adirondack style seating for 9 -The large outdoor deck provides a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful North Fork sunset. - The deck comes with a dining table/umbrella that seats 6. Deck also has a lounge seating area for 4 and a propane fireplace/table. - Enjoy your morning coffee, sounds of nature and cool breeze on the front porch equipped with 2 rocking chairs. Guest access Guest have access to: - Hot Tub (seasonal - pls inquire) - Swing - Propane Gas Grill - Propane Fireplace - Fire-pit (wood burning) *** IMPORTANT*** - NO lifeguards, hot tub use is at your own risk. - swinging is also at your own risk. - Proceed with caution when lighting the gas grill or gas fireplace. Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. - Wood burning fire-pit must be put out when existing the area. Water hose is located in the corner by the hot tub. Guest does NOT have access to the following: - Garage - Shed - Locked storage closets - outdoor fireside for cooking.
