Second bedroom downstairs with queen size bed with ensuite full bath. 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of these bedrooms have queen sized beds, sitting area with chairs, tv's in every bedroom, with adjoining full baths. Last bed room upstairs has set up bunk beds with additional 2 single beds available if needed. Large covered porch with lots of seating to sit and enjoy lake views as you sip your morning coffee or while you enjoy your evening with the sunset views. All this with a large firepit with firewood, a hot tub to soak in, 4 individual kayaks, or corn hole to enjoy! All with lake access on the clearest water in Eufaula! Guest access House, covered porch, hot tub, fire pit area, corn hole, 4 kayaks, Horse shoes, water access. Does not have a boat slip for guest’s boats. Only for swimming and must follow host guidelines when using dock. Other things to note House Rules- No pets No loud parties Quiet times 1Opm-8am No more than 14 guests No lotions in Hot tub (take a shower before entering) Wear lifejackets while using kayaks Use of equipment, swimming, kayaking, ect all to do at your own risk. Guests may swim off of boat dock but there is NOT a slip for a guest boat. Guests must follow instructions given to you by host when using boat dock to swim.
