The Old Grad House is decorated with WestPoint colors, photographs, and themes. We hope staying here brings back memories for "old grads" and gives incoming cadets a feel for the traditions they are signing up for. BOOKED for 2025, 2026 & 2027 graduations The home is cozy but light with lots of space saving features. The space Quaint and cozy (1000ft2) home built in 1898 and redone with a West Point theme throughout. *NOTE* Driveway is tight, small cars can park in front of house, larger vehicles must park on Church street. Cars cannot turn around in front of house, so will have to back up or down the driveway. Driveway (Evergreen Lane) is 60 feet uphill walk to house. Guest access The whole house is available with exception of the basement. The back yard is currently undergoing renovation.
