The house doesn't have any sheet rock. It's one of a kind. It's a million dollar house. You could never bid craftsmanship like this into a house nowadays. Tons of red oak, mahogany and stain by the gallons. This house does have an elevator as well as a huge garage. If you want to pay an extra fee for garage parking no problem. The space   Guest safety is my number one concern as your Host.  I run a smart lock system on every door of the house.  That means that when you check into your room like a hotel, you will be given your own personal brand new passcode.  When you check out, your passcode will be deactivated.  This ensures that the only people that have access to your room is you and no one else.  House rule number one is no unidentified guests.  There is two people per bedroom booked and that is your occupancy limit.  If you have a guest you need to send me proof of identification.  All who book and all who plan to stay must pass a background check.  This system is in place with the safety of all guests in mind and to encourage your confidence that you are booking into a safe place.   I'm going to clearly state that if you think I can price my rooms at one third less than a hotel and still pay for cleaning service you are mistaken. You need to clean everything that you make dirty. When I have the luxury of being able to take work off and come home, I have to spend all my hours cleaning. My airbnb is a reflection of the guest's that have been there before you and before I have had time to come back and take "vacation" and clean every nook and cranny again because no one else will. Don't come to my house if you're not going to give me a 5 star review. This is not a professional built hotel design. I am not a hotel. I come back home and I spend 150 hours cleaning it and it's very difficult to continue doing this for me. I put tons of work into giving you a great deal so don't insult me with nothing less than a 5 star review in all categories. I'm not a hotel. I do not have undocumented people doing my cleaning services. I may not be able to compete with them in every single category but I'm trying my apsolute best. All this cleaning is all run off of my own sweat and labor. That is what keeps us running. If things are not perfect for you we will do our best to make it so. If you have a problem we will do our best to fix it. What ever it takes in the end. That is a promise. The house has an elevator that can take you from the lowest level to the kicken which is on the 2nd floor.  I have a dog that spends most of his time in the backyard 365 days out the year so please please help me by keeping all the gates closed.  He is not an escape artist.  He is the smartest dog I have ever owned.  He is extremely well behaved and listens well.  His name is Shadow.  Greet him by name and he is your friend.  I also have one cat named Jasper.  I have never let the cat into any of the bedrooms in the house but Shadow has spent a lot of time in the Jacuzzi suite master bedroom.  I mention this so you can consider weather allergies would be a potential problem for you. The house is 10 minutes away from downtown Saint Paul, Regions Hospital, United Hospital, Saint Johns Hospital and Woodwinds Hospital.  About three blocks away from Lake Phalen which has a nice beach and grilling area, its also a lovely 5k run if you want to enjoy that.  Please come enjoy a nice central location and a truly one of a kind beautiful house.    Driveway parking for client's! Garage parking for anyone that wants it plus extra fee :  ) Guest access Living room/ yoga room / computer work space area, dining room/ kitchen, sun room/ gym / treadmill room, basement gym. 2nd floor half bathroom is for everyone. The basement bathroom is for everyone except people in the 2nd floor jacuzzi suite. During your stay I definitely want everyone to have their own safe heaven of space, and so it will be.
