The space Year-round lakeside living with fireplace overlooking the water, outdoor seating, beach area, corn hole, and a BBQ grill. Enjoy a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, crockpot, propane range, microwave, dishwasher, and french door refrigerator with pull-out freezer. Fully stocked with cups, plates, and baking utensils, silverware, a variety of pots and pans, and bakeware. The living room has a queen-sized pull-out couch and recliner, a smart TV, and overlooks the water. The bathroom has a full-sized shower with clean linens and full-size front load washer and dryer. On the second floor is a small linen closet and two spacious queen-sized bedrooms with lots of windows that provide great natural light and beautiful views of the water. Guest access Access to main floor, second floor, back seating area, lawn, and beach area (no lifeguard). There is no access to basement. Other things to note •Water shoes are encouraged for swimming. •2 Kayaks, a canoe, and dock are available at own risk with no lifeguard present. •Lifejackets available 4 adults and 2 children’s size. •Second floor windows have safety devices preventing windows from opening all the way.
