You can drive less than an hour and find yourself at the scenic New River Gorge, Winterplace Ski Resort, 3 lakes, 2 national and 8 state parks, and a plethora of hiking and off-roading trails. You can then rest from your exertions in your own Rustic Refuge. The space This newly remodeled unit in a quiet residential area offers a workspace with optional sitting or standing desk. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, television and DVD player. The other with 2 twin beds and washer and dryer. The living room has a futon that makes a full-size bed right in front of a cozy gas fireplace. There is a full kitchen stocked with all the necessary items needed to prepare meals. The dining area seats 6 with 2 additional stools at the bar. One bathroom with shower and plenty of towels are available. You will be just a few miles away from two of Southern West Viginia's premier adventure parks where you can enjoy restaurants, a water park, climbing challenge, zip line, hiking, rock climbing and more. Guest access Guests have access to the entire lower level of this property and private driveway. Other things to note This is a low-key private and quiet residential area. This is a property for a quiet and relaxing trip. It is not a property for parties or events. Rental agreement required for stays longer than 30 days.
