Whether you're looking to unwind by the ocean or indulge in delicious Mexican food, our cozy apartment offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal Nayarit charm. Please note, this apartment is on the first floor of the triplex building. The space This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It is part as a triplex building that is gated and secured. All areas of the apartment are private. Guest access You will be given an access code for the key lockbox located outside of the property entrance. The lockbox number will correspond with the apartment number you have reserved. If the key is lost or not returned, you will incur a fee of $300 usd for the changing of the door locks. Other things to note PROPERTY RULES: 1. No smoking inside the apartments. Any indications of smoke inside will incur a $200 usd fee. Smoking is allowed outside. 2. No loud music or parties permitted. There are other guest on the property, so please respect them. 3. Do not leave excessively dirty dishes. If you cook, we ask that you rinse out your pots, pans, and dishes. We will take care of washing them.
