The houses are situated on a 12 acres estate with forest, pastures and a natural pond, with gardens based on permaculture principles. They are made of organic hemp by hand, and so is the food that you will be served - home made buckwheat bread, goat cheese and free range chicken eggs of your choice. Water comes from the spring, forest surrounding the houses is mainly oak. A lot more, you will find out once you arrive. Guest access There are two options, you can either stay in the mini house thus having your full intimacy, and come for breakfast or bathroom in the main house, or stay in the attic of the main house. As noted, bathroom is shared, as well as the living area and the kitchen. Other things to note During your stay you can walk in the forest, or visit several village restaurants, swimming pools or craft beer brewery. You can also visit a local stable, and go for riding in many mountain riding paths. Kosmaj area is an important natural and historical site.
