This downtown apartment is located in a historic 1901 building and has just been renovated top to bottom. The location can't be beat, and carefully curated design unites all 7 rooms, from the sunny porch to the cozy living room. All rooms are spacious and well-appointed with antique charm and modern conveniences alike. The space "Midtown" is the second floor apartment in a 3-story building. You'll find two twin beds in the sunny front bedroom, and a very comfortable queen in the primary bedroom. The cozy living room is the perfect spot to relax and watch a movie on the 65" TV. The dining room is in the heart of the apartment, making it a flexible space to get some work done by day and enjoy a nice meal at quitting time (though we recommend going out to one of the many excellent restaurants that are just a few minutes walk away). The bathroom has a large shower with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hair dryer provided. The kitchen is in the back of the apartment and stocked with all the essentials, including coffee and tea. Feel free to enjoy your morning cup on the sun porch. Guest access You will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the sun porch. Entry is through a shared-access stairwell that serves all 3 apartments in the building. Other things to note We have another Airbnb (“Up Top”) in the apartment above Midtown. In order to create a peaceful setting for all of our guests, we have quiet hours and a visitor policy. Please review these before booking to ensure that the space is a good fit for your group.
