We designed our home as the perfect all season retreat for our family and friends. With a large and inviting indoor/outdoor space surrounded by luscious gardens you will not want to leave. But it is hard not to be pulled to the town of Hudson only 9 miles away, with some of the best food outside of NYC, a world renowned art and design scene, and shops that will keep you occupied for hours. JUST FYI: Pool will close week of the 15th October. :) The space We designed and styled our super cozy home in Hudson NY as an all season country home for our family of 4 and friends. The open chefs kitchen and dining/living area spills out onto the original brick patio, fire pit, and in ground pool all surrounded by luscious gardens. There are 6 total acres buttressed by a gorgeous 100 year old barn and green lawns. Upstairs you’ll find a Master on suite with kingsized Bed. Guest room with king sized bed and office space; two additional bedrooms each with bunk beds play areas and desks to work from, and an additional large guest bathroom. Downstairs in addition to the kitchen and dining/living area you will find a separate living room with working fireplace. Mud room separate laundry room and additional full bath. The home also includes two large TVs (living room and guest room) both with Apple TV. Sonos 1 sound system (inside and Out). Outside you will find the gas grill, thriving raised vegetable garden in the summer, and front porch with swing and rocking chairs perfect for a quiet, lazy afternoon.
